My mission in 2024 is to help as many people as I can lose a total of 3650 pounds.

I've developed a weight loss program that empowers individuals to shed pounds according to their own pace and preferences within the context of a broader movement focused on promoting healthy weight management.

Enhancing personal well-being is a direct outcome of this initiative and has become very personal for me. Given that colon cancer ranks as the second leading cause of cancer-related fatalities in the United States, I am eager to establish pre-health measures and address this critical health concern.

  • Persimmon Leaves (Diospyros Kaki)
  • Holy Thistle / Blessed Thistle (Cnicus Benedictus)

 MAKE IT STEP 1: Bring (1) quart water to ROLLING BOIL.

STEP 2: ADD (2) tea bags and COVER. Remove from heat and let STEEP for 4 to 8 hours.

During your journey, you will:

  1. 3 means:  move your  body for 30 mins   
  2. 6 means: 3 meals 2 snacks  1 product a day
  3. 5 means: move your body 5 times a week

After the end of every 10 pounds: submit after video results and a scale picture. Please make sure all videos and pictures are clear. Must wear same clothing, submit a total of 12 second video no more then 15 seconds of: front body, left and right side and back! Each part should be 3 seconds!
