I’m extremely excited to be launching my very first movement in 2024.

My mission in 2024 is to help as many people as I can lose a total of 3650 pounds.

 I've developed a weight loss program that empowers individuals to shed pounds according to their own pace and preferences within the context of a broader movement focused on promoting healthy weight management.

 Enhancing personal well-being is a direct outcome of this initiative and has become very personal for me. Given that colon cancer ranks as the second leading cause of cancer-related fatalities in the United States, I am eager to establish pre-health measures and address this critical health concern.

Sign -Up Requirements

1. Purchase the 15 Day Challenge Kit and you will also receive a bonus which includes a 1-week supply of our power original Brew Tea. 2. Submit a before video and a pictures the scale to email 365lifestylechallenge@gmail.com. Please title it with your name and include your name, telephone number, email and health goals in the body of the email.

You will receive:


  1. A graduation to celebrate your health/weight loss goals after losing your first 10 pounds
  2. Accountability call once a week
  3. Meal Plan
  4. Facebook accountability group
  5. Checklist to document your progress
  6. Prizes and  Rewards

During your journey, you will:

  1. 3 means:  move your  body for 30 mins   
  2. 6 means: 3 meals 2 snacks  1 product a day
  3. 5 means: move your body 5 times a week

After the end of every 10 pound lose: submit after video results and a scale picture. Please make sure all videos and pictures are clear. Must wear same clothing, submit a total of 12 second video no more then 15 seconds of: front body, left and right side and back! Each part should be 3 seconds!
